Welcome to Efficient Home Cleaning Solutions, where personalized care meets professional expertise. My name is Rich Wilson, and I am proud to bring my passion for cleaning and hospitality to the greater Burlington, NC area.
Originally from New Jersey, I have spent over 18 years as a management professional in various industries. From hardware and equipment rental to kitchen design and environmental services, my career has been defined by leading teams, optimizing operations, and ensuring excellence in every task I oversee. Through it all, I’ve discovered a deep passion for creating clean, organized, and welcoming spaces—both for businesses and homes.
In 2020, my wife and I relocated to Burlington, NC, to join family and create a new chapter for our growing family. This move led me to a role in a continuing care retirement community, where I was responsible for managing environmental services. From independent living to assisted living and healthcare cleaning, I gained firsthand experience in providing thoughtful, respectful care to spaces that matter deeply to people. It was here that my appreciation for cleaning as a service—and the trust that comes with caring for someone’s home or belongings—truly took shape.
At the end of 2024, I decided to channel my passion and experience into building my own business, Efficient Home Cleaning Solutions.
